This chair was inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting anything too terrific. I was definitely wrong. It is very soft material, easy to clean, and extremely comfortable. All the bells & whistles you could want. I fall asleep in it all the time because it’s that comfortable. It’s easy to use, reclines nicely & is not so big that it takes up half the room. Would definitely buy it again.

It shipped quickly and arrived quickly. It comes pretty much assembled aside from sliding the back into it and plugging in some wires. There's only a single page of instructions and only 1 side to the page so it's pretty simple. There's a couple zip ties holding the cords to the base that I cut (DON'T CUT THEM) I saw a sticker afterwards that tells you not to or the wires will get ripped out of the motor when the chair raises up. So I had to put some more zip ties on it but otherwise it was easy to put together.
The cons... there's 2 remotes with individual wires attached to them, the massage wire is considerably shorter than the foot/back recline remote. They both will easily become tangled in blankets if you not careful.
There are 2 different power cords as well. 1 for the heat/ massage, the other for the chair itself. Again, the massage cord is considerably shorter than the cord for the base. I'll have to use an extension cord and plug everything under the chair so there aren't a bunch of wires laying on the floor. If you're going to put it against a wall this won't be a problem for you.
The recline/ foot functions are a bit slow.
All in all I'm happy with it so far. It looks nice and everything that was supposed to be there was. Everything works as well. I can't say anything about durability yet since I just got it today.

I bought this Recliner/Lift chair from Amazon to replace those I had purchased from another reputable online retailer.
The 1st one I bought from W--F--r, the wiring messed up and froze in a lift position. When I called the customer service department, they sent a replacement. After using the replacement a few times, less than a week, the right arm broke off. It was held up only by the material. Again, I called customer service and was told to throw both chairs away and they refunded my money.
I was shocked to find the chair I bought from Amazon was the same ones that came from the other retailer. It was delivered yesterday and will be returned soon.

You have to set it a long ways from wall to recline, I will have to redesign the living room around this. It came quickly, it seems to made somewhat well we will see. If it wasn’t so heavy and bulky, I would send it back. Easy to put together.

The chair was well packaged - it came in a box that was about 3 ft. on each side. Assembly was quick & easy - just take your time when connecting the wires for the remotes and then fitting the back to the seat.
The chair is comfortable, and while not a “wall hugger”, it does not take much space.
The two wired “remotes” work perfectly; only cons are that the wire for the seat adjustment remote could be longer, and the massage/heat remote did not have instructions, but it’s not too difficult to figure out.
I haven’t used the “stand up” feature yet (except to test it), but it will be great when the day comes that I’ll need it.
Overall, it is a good value for the price.
